Potato & Fish Bake
Ingredients:
500g Fish fillets – Lemonfish / Hapuka or similar 2 Potatoes - peeled and sliced round 1 Medium Onion – sliced ½ Capsicum - sliced (green / red / yellow) 1 clove of Garlic – crushed 500 ml Cream Salt & Pepper to taste Method: 1. Arrange sliced potato on the bottom of an oven proof dish 2. Layer onion, capsicum & garlic over potato then place fish on top 3. End with a layer of potatoes and season with salt & pepper 4. Pour cream over and bake at 180% for 45min or until potatoes are soft Optional: Once the food is cooked, grate cheese over the top and brown in oven. Serve with a green salad. Preparation time – 8 Minutes Serves 2 |
